You're away for 6+ months and need someone to handle everything—payments, maintenance, and regular oversight.
You own property in Barbados but have limited time to manage contractors, bills, and maintenance from your overseas home.
Larger homes with multiple systems, pools, gardens, and regular maintenance needs that require ongoing coordination.
The Concierge Plan includes bill payment handling where we will cover verified invoices on your behalf up to $175 per month. Any amount beyond this requires prepayment before work begins. We do not front costs above this threshold.
